Explain a technical trade-off you made (in English)
Pergunta
Scenario: the interviewer asks, in English, "Tell me about a technical trade-off you had to make." Respond out loud, in English.
Resposta esperada
Name the two options plainly, state which constraint forced the choice, say what you gave up, and confirm it held up (or what you'd revisit). Example arc: "We had to choose between adding a cache and rewriting the query. The cache was faster to ship and we had a release deadline, so we took it — the cost was a stale-data window of up to 60 seconds, which was acceptable for that screen. If write volume had been higher, I'd have pushed for the query rewrite instead." Lead with the trade-off, not the backstory.
Por que perguntam isso
"Trade-off first" é uma convenção forte em entrevista anglófona: o entrevistador quer ouvir o eixo da decisão nos primeiros 10 segundos, não depois de um minuto de contexto.
